The latest confirmed COVID-19 cases reported by the Alabama Department of Public Health has reached 12,376 in the state with 504 confirmed deaths statewide.

As of 1:15 p.m. today, 157,566 tests have been administered.

In the case characteristics information, ADPH now lists 1,453 hospitalizations due to the coronavirus.

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Elmore County is 207 as of Tuesday at 1:15 p.m. There have been six deaths in Elmore County due to the illness.

There are 371 confirmed cases in Tallapoosa County with 57 confirmed to have died from the illness.

Coosa County confirmed cases decreased by one to 33 with one death.

Mobile County has the most reported positive COVID-19 tests at 1,751 and 103 confirmed deaths. Jefferson County has 1,367 reported positive COVID-19 cases and 78 confirmed deaths.
