Mr. Seabron Phipps, Jr., age 63, a resident of Opelika, passed away April 3, 2013.  He was born February 3, 1950.  He is survived by his son, Seabron Phipps III (Lisa), sisters, Sandra Herring (Don), Barbara Margavio; Joyce Forehand (Bruce) and Sherrye Hildabrand (Danny); and grandchildren, Landen Phipps and Sydney Belyeu.  The family will have a private memorial service.
